Claims are the shared starting point
The Wrong Ones asks you to examine what villagers say and find the account that does not fit. That is a familiar Salem problem: two people can sound equally plausible while their stories cannot both describe the same events. Treat each statement as a constraint, then look for a contradiction you can explain in one sentence.
How the puzzle differs from a live lobby
There is no team of human Town players to persuade. You inspect villager cards and accuse a suspect in a single-player scenario about a hidden Skinwalker. That removes chat speed and social pressure, leaving more room to examine the wording. It also changes the kind of evidence you should expect: apply the puzzle’s own rules instead of importing a Sheriff result or a Salem role immunity.
A useful first attempt
Read all available statements before committing to an accusation. Note who refers to whom, what event is described and whether a statement is a direct observation or an inference. Try a candidate explanation against the remaining cards. If it explains one discrepancy but creates two others, keep investigating. The prototype is best approached as a short exercise in checking testimony, with its current limitations in mind.
